How Do I Know If It's An Emergency?

• The discomfort in your mouth is rated above a 7 on a 10-point scale.
• The issue had a sudden onset and resulted in immediate, severe pain or discomfort.
• Routine daily activities, including talking, sleeping, eating, or swallowing, are difficult to perform.
• Over-the-counter medications have been used for at least three days without improvement.
