In Office Plan
We offer an in-office membership plan for patients who don’t have dental insurance. Our Bright Smiles plan makes quality dental care more affordable, with essential preventive services and great savings on treatment—without the stress of traditional insurance. During your visit, your dentist will help choose the plan that’s the best fit for your oral health.
Adult Smile Plan
(Ages 14+)
$400 per year

Child Smile Plan
(Ages 0–13)
$300 per year

(Ages 14+)
$600 per year

Program Guidelines
- This membership plan is NOT a dental insurance plan.
- Our dentists will determine the plan type.
- No refunds will be given in the event that the member terminates the plan prior to the end of the plan year.
- Membership plan begins on the day of the initial payment and lasts for one calendar year.
- Total payment amount is due at the time of service.
- Membership cannot be combined with dental insurance plans.
- Third party financing is not available if using the membership plan.
