Phantastic Dental is a family practice that began humbly. We pride ourselves on being a family practice. It is our goal that our patients and community are treated as the individuals that they are. Everyone is unique, and there is a custom approach to every patient’s care needs. Our practice has provided general dentistry services to patients of all ages since 1997.

Dr. Minh Phan and his wife opened their first dental practice in 1997 as “Southmore Dental Center.” It was located on 123 W. Southmore Ave, Pasadena, TX. Through a commitment to quality care and strong relationships within the community, the practice quickly grew. Over the years, Dr. Minh expanded by opening additional offices in Pasadena and Galena Park. These practices were eventually unified under the name Phantastic Dental, which reflects both the “Phantastic” patients he serves and his family name, Phan.

Today, their legacy continues through Phantastic Dental, a family-oriented practice dedicated to serving patients with compassion, integrity, and excellence. Dr. Minh and his team are committed to providing attentive, personalized care and high-quality dental treatment for every patient. We care about our military, service members, and our community.
