Andie
Office Manager

A Phoenix native, Andie has been dedicated to the dental field for more than 19 years after graduating from Arizona College of Allied Health in 2007. Her experience spans multiple specialties, including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry, giving her a strong understanding of both patient care and office operations.

Andie enjoys creating a positive, supportive, and fun work environment where both patients and team members feel cared for and valued.

Outside of work, Andie loves spending time with her husband of 25 years, their two children, and their three energetic Boxer dogs. She enjoys traveling, dancing, music, and supporting Arizona sports teams like the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks and the Arizona Cardinals!. She is also passionate about helping others and giving back to the community by supporting those in need through local food banks, school organizations, and holiday outreach programs.

Stephanie
Front Office

Stephanie was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She began her dental career in 2014 as a Dental Assistant and over the years, expanded her knowledge and skills as she transitioned into administrative roles. With her strong customer service background and clinical knowledge, Stephanie later became an Insurance Coordinator, where she enjoys helping patients understand their treatment needs and insurance benefits, while providing a positive patient experience.

Stephanie is a proud mom of two accomplished young adults. Her son works in the fields of Cardiology and Neurology, and her daughter pursued her dream of becoming an Airman by joining the United States Air Force.

Outside of work and being a “Superhero Mom,” Stephanie enjoys wood-burning crafts, traveling, shopping, and spending time relaxing at home while catching up on sleep. She also loves caring for her bearded dragon.

Pam
Front Office

Originally from New York, Pam moved to Arizona in 2000 to further her career in the dental field. She began her career in an administrative role and has always enjoyed stepping in to assist the back office whenever needed. With more than 26 years of experience, Pam brings extensive knowledge, dedication, and compassion to the practice and finds great fulfillment in helping patients with their dental needs.

Pam is our rock-star Billing and Insurance Coordinator. Her energetic personality, sense of humor, and positive attitude help make every patient’s dental experience enjoyable and welcoming.

Outside of the office, Pam is the proud mother of a son who is soon to graduate as a pilot. She also enjoys spending weekends with her 11-year-old granddaughter. Pam resides in the West Valley with her significant other, Brian, where she enjoys gardening, baking, arts and crafts, and helping with home improvement projects while staying active and creative.

Emma
Front Office

Emma was born and raised in Arizona and joined our practice in 2025. Since entering the dental field, she has quickly grown in her role and become an important part of our team. As our check-in receptionist, her warm, bubbly personality helps create a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. She is a quick learner with a strong passion for growth and plans to continue advancing her skills by gaining experience in the clinical side of dentistry as well.

Before joining the dental industry, Emma spent seven years in hospitality, including serving on the Napa Valley Wine Train in California, where she developed exceptional customer service skills and a love for connecting with people.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys staying active through hiking and yoga, trying new recipes, crocheting, spending time with friends and family, and keeping busy with her three dogs.

Alma
Hygienist

Alma is originally from Mexico and moved to Arizona with her family at the age of 11. She has proudly called Arizona home for the past 48 years.

Alma earned her dental hygiene degree from Phoenix College in 1993 and has been dedicated to caring for patients ever since. She joined the practice in 1998 and had the pleasure of working alongside Dr. Alan Noelck for many years. Throughout her career, Alma has witnessed many advancements in dentistry and continues to work passionately alongside Dr. Forrest Noelck and Dr. Jason Ma while carrying on the same core values that Dr. Alan Noelck instilled in the practice.

Alma truly values the long-lasting relationships she has built with her loyal patients and dental team over the past 28 years. Her compassionate approach and commitment to patient care have made her a trusted part of the practice for generations of families.

Alma now resides in Litchfield Park with her husband, Samuel. Together they have two sons, Samuel Jr. and Carlos. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through hiking and camping, as well as shopping and spending quality time with friends and family. She also loves attending Cardinals, Diamondbacks, and ASU games while cheering on Arizona’s local teams!

Shannon
Hygienist

Shannon is originally from Indiana and has lived in Arizona with her husband, Justin, for the past 20 years. Before moving to Arizona, she completed her dental hygiene education in Michigan, where she earned her degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist. This year, Shannon proudly celebrates 20 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

With 20 years of experience in dental hygiene, Shannon continues to be passionate about natural health and the connection between oral health and overall systemic wellness. This passion led her to become a certified myofunctional therapist. During patient visits, she also takes time to assess airway health as part of supporting full-body wellness and may guide patients to trusted partner providers when appropriate.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and birdwatching. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and photography. Shannon and her husband are passionate about traveling and exploring new places, and she loves learning about her patients’ travels and hobbies as well.

Kensi
Hygienist

Kensi is from sweet home Alabama. She graduated from dental hygiene school in 2012 and has expanded her knowledge in the field and gained certifications throughout her career. Helping educate patients about their oral health and helping them maintain it is her passion. Her husband is in the United States Air Force, and she has called Virginia, Utah, and now Arizona home. Kensi has three precious toddler boys and two cats. She enjoys traveling, experiencing the outdoors, crafting, and Alabama football. Roll Tide.

Jasmin
Hygienist

Jasmin is originally from California and has called Arizona home for over 27 years. She began her dental career after graduating from the dental assisting program at Apollo College in 2008. After several years of assisting, Jasmin continued her education and graduated from Carrington College in 2023 with a degree in dental hygiene.

With over 18 years of experience, Jasmin continues to be passionate about helping patients achieve their oral health goals while creating a comfortable and positive dental experience for every patient she sees.

In her spare time, Jasmin enjoys spending time with her lovely daughter, Layla, and her two amazing fur pups, Jack and Zoe. She also enjoys shopping, exploring new restaurants, and expanding her palate by trying different cuisines. Jasmin loves attending and watching sporting events, especially cheering on the LA Chargers and Phoenix Suns.

Debbie
Assistant

Aloha from Debbie! Debbie is originally from Hawaii and has been here in Arizona for 14 years with her husband and son. She has been in Dentistry for over 25 years and got her CDA in California before settling in our beautiful state. She enjoys reading and any type of water sports. As is Debbie’s nature, she looks forward to meeting all of you and welcoming you to our caring dental family! Aloha and welcome!

Diana
Assistant

Diana is originally from the Seattle area and moved to Arizona in 2004 with her husband and son. Diana has been in the dental field for over 20 years and at our office since 2008 as a Dental Assistant. She loves the interaction with patients and cannot picture doing anything else other than assisting! When not at work, Diana is busy hanging out with family and friends. She loves to relax with barbecues, hiking, and shopping.

Taylor
Assistant

Taylor is originally from New Mexico and has been here in Arizona for 10 years now. She went to the American Institute of Dental Assisting and graduated in 2021. She is new to the West Valley and has two purfect kitties! In her personal time, she enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, and working on arts and crafts!
