Covers one adult. 2 annual exams with necessary xrays, 2 prophys or perio maintenances, unlimited emergency exams and xrays, 20% off standard fee on all procedures.
Couple Savings Plan
$449 per year
Covers two people. 2 annual exams with necessary xrays, 2 prophys or perio maintenances, unlimited emergency exams and xrays, 20% off standard fee on all procedures.

Our In-House Dental Benefits Plan provides significant savings for you and your family! Membership in our In-House Dental Benefits Plan is available to all patients. After payment of an annual fee, members will receive the following:
2 Regular Dental Check-Ups which include the following:
- Exam
- Digital X-rays (if necessary)
- Standard Dental Cleaning (Non-Perio Cleaning)
- Oral Cancer Screening Oral Hygiene Instruction
- TMJ Screening Periodontal Evaluation
Unlimited Emergency Visits:
- Problem Focused Exam
- Single X-Ray (if necessary)
20% Discount for all Dental Services
10% Discount for Orthodontic Services
- A treatment plan will be provided in writing for all recommended procedures displaying the regular fee and the discounted rate.
