Diane joined our team In February 2020. She comes with almost 20 years of experience, and has a deep understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry. Her background in the dental field allows her to bridge the gap between patients and providers, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and exceptional customer service. She specializes in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing insurance and billing processes, and leading dynamic dental teams with a focus on productivity and patient satisfaction. She takes pride in creating a positive, organized, and welcoming environment where both patients and staff feel supported and valued.
Calu Ostrander
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
With 25 years of experience in the dental field, Calu is a seasoned Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical support. Over the years, she's gained extensive expertise in restorative procedures, chairside assisting, and patient education, all while fostering a calm and welcoming environment for every patient. She takes pride in my ability to anticipate the needs of both patients and dentists, helping ensure each visit runs smoothly and efficiently. Passionate about ongoing education and the latest in dental advancements, she is committed to excellence in every aspect of my work.
In her free time, Calu enjoys spending time with her family, painting, working out, and helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through her local business "FUEL & FORM."
Brittany Nguyen
Patient / Insurance Coordinator
Brittany joined our team in 2023 and has been an active part of the dental field for over 15 years. She has completed numerous hours of continuing education in order to equip herself to best serve our patients.
Brittany is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention. She is dedicated to creating a positive, comfortable, and personalized experience for everyone.
Brittany's years of insurance claims processing, combined with her passion for creating a welcoming environment, allow her to ensure our patients feel valued and well-informed.
When Brittany is not in the office she values quality time with her fiance and their 3 daughters. In her free time she enjoys baking, reading, and bike riding.
