Nicki Wandler
Practice Manager
Nicki Wandler has worked in the orthodontic field since 2013. She loves working with our amazing patients and their families and seeing their beautiful smiles transform! When she is not at work she loves hanging out with her husband and three kiddos. She loves the outdoors, hiking, hunting, riding, etc. Someday she hopes to travel and see Scotland, Italy and Greece.
Jen Collum
Treatment Coordinator
Jen Collum loves meeting and helping people in the community. She has called Hamilton home since 2021, when she moved from Arizona with her daughter. Jen joined the team in 2024 and brings a strong passion for connection and service. Outside of work, she loves caring for her nine dogs and 18 chickens, and on the weekends she enjoys exploring the natural beauty Montana has to offer. She is also passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals with Flying Hawkes Real Estate.
Amy Carroll
Executive Director
Amy Carroll has enjoyed the amazing journey of bringing Carroll Orthodontics to the Bitterroot Valley. When she and Dr. Carroll first met, he had dreams about becoming an orthodontist. She has enjoyed every step of the way; living in Idaho, California, Texas, Ohio and Wyoming. They also spent a 4-year Air Force assignment in Okinawa, Japan. She loves being involved in the lives of her four children: Kaden, Elise, Drew and Ezra. She also absolutely loves being involved in the community and helping in any way she can.
Kathy Edman
Chairside Assistant
Kathy Edman is happy to have been a part of the Carroll Ortho team since 2020. She loves the people she works with and loves the patients' beautiful smiles. When she is not at work, you can find her with her family or riding horseback in our majestic Bitterroot Mountains.
Mikala Beavers
Chairside Assistant
Mikala Beavers has worked in orthodontics since 2020. She has lived in the Bitterroot Valley for a majority of her life. She married her wonderful husband, Zane, in 2021 and they have the sweetest fur baby named Scout. She absolutely loves the time she has spent in the dental field and loves what she does. She enjoys the outdoors and exploring but also enjoys relaxing and watching a good movie.

Alayna Owen is grateful to be a part of a team that brings everyone’s best smiles out! She has worked in orthodontics since 2024. In her free time, she takes her dog out on hiking adventures and spends time with her family.
Brooklyn Coston
Chairside Assistant
Brooklyn Coston moved to the Bitterroot Valley from Washington in 2022 with her family. She is a dog mom to her sweet puppy Dually. When she is not at the office, you can find her running her coffee trailer, Calamity Coffee!
