Meet Megan Pearson, DMD

Dr. Megan Pearson is a dedicated general dentist with over a decade of experience serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast community. She grew up in Ocean Springs and graduated Valedictorian of St. Martin High School in 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of South Alabama before going on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2014, where she graduated with honors and was elected to membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the nation's premier dental honor society. She furthered her clinical training through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of Mississippi, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of evidence-based care.

Dr. Pearson is passionate about creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through her door. She understands that dental visits can feel daunting, and she takes the time to listen, educate, and put each patient at ease. Her deep commitment to accessible care extends beyond the office — she has participated in a dental mission trip to Matamoros, Mexico, volunteered with the Give Kids a Smile program, and served at the Mississippi Mission of Mercy, providing free dental care to children and communities across the state. She loves learning and is always searching for interesting continuing education courses.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pearson enjoys traveling, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her two sons and dogs. She is proud to call the Gulf Coast home and looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and families throughout the community.
