Meet Christen Dinkha, DDS

Dr. Christen Dinkha received her Bachelor’s in Biological Science in 2006 from the University of Illinois at Chicago with Summa Cume Laude. She completed her degree in Doctor in Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago with distinction in 2010. Dr. Dinkha was awarded the Leo and Wanda Sabine scholarship because of her exceptional commitment to the care of others.

Dr. Dinkha practices at Perfect Smile Dental Spa in Roscoe Village where she provides comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. She creates a soothing experience to treat those with heightened dental fear. While providing quality dental care, Dr. Dinkha is able to decrease patients’ anxiety and increase patient retention. She finds it rewarding that transforming smiles improves the quality of patients’ lives.

Dr. Dinkha is committed to lifelong learning and regularly participates in seminars and training programs to enhance her skills and knowledge. Her unique background and training have allowed her to treat patients in general and cosmetic dentistry with superior quality care. While integrating state of the art technology, Dr. Dinkha is able to serve her patients in the specialized areas of aesthetics, laser dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, implants, clear aligner orthodontics, and sedation dentistry.

Dr. Dinkha completed several mission trips to the Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Brazil to help underserved communities. In addition, Dr Dinkha has volunteered at dental clinics throughout Chicago to provide care for underserved communities. She also provided free dental services at her office to juveniles who lack access to proper dental care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and exercising. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.

Dr. Dinkha was recently featured in the Incisal Edge dental lifestyle magazine and recognized as one of the 2019 “40 under 40”! Benco Dental’s Incisal Edge magazine has been known for recognizing and celebrating the achievements of practitioners all over the country since 1997, with the greatest honor reserved for those named in the “40 Under 40” Annual Edition.

Dr. Dinkha and her fellow honorees were selected after being nominated by industry experts all over the country and then vetted by an independent panel. These practitioners are renowned for their commitment to the field of dentistry whether it be through medical innovations, philanthropy, outstanding patient care, or volunteer work. The “40 Under 40” represent the best of today’s dentistry and future innovation.
