My name is Millie I've worked in the medical field for more then 25 yrs , I have worked in many different departments PCP, Mammo, pulmonary,orthopedics and many more but I like working in the dental field the most. I love seeing patients get their confidence back and new smile. I am also a mother of five amazing kids and a grandmother (lela) of 9. I love spending time with my family.

Shannon
Financial and Insurance Coordinator

Shannon is originally from Framingham. She graduated from Framingham State College with a BA in Communications. She likes comfort foods and does like anything spicy. She loves watching crime shows and horror movies. In her spare time she likes to knit and read romance novels.

April
Dental Hygienist

April Whalen was born and lives in Western, MA. She graduated high school from Holyoke High and went on to receive an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene in May of 2024. She is licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts and also received her license for Local Anesthesia. April enjoys being around her friends and family and loves the simpler things life has to offer. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching the newest series and crime documentaries, and listening to all kinds of music. She also loves being on the back of a motorcycle. One of the reasons April chose the dental field was growing up with her grandmother being a dental assistant and wanting to make dental visits more comfortable for patients. She is passionate about making each appointment better for patients than they expect when they walk in.

Dental Assistant

I’m Ally, a licensed dental assistant who grew up in Springfield, MA. I love helping patients feel comfortable with a warm smile and positive attitude. Outside of the office, I enjoy art and anime, and my favorite food is sushi. I take pride in creating a welcoming, friendly environment for every patient.

Ellen
Dental Hygienist

Ellen has been a registered dental hygienist since graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Rhode Island in 1992. Ellen’s part of her job as a hygienist she enjoys most is building relationships with her patients and educating them on the importance of their overall oral health. She has cared for multi generations of the same family over the years. In her spare time, Ellen likes to travel to her favorite spots such as the beach and Walt Disney World, exploring wineries and breweries around New England, but most of all spending time with her family.
