Tricia Basalone
Office Manager

Tricia has been with our practice since the very beginning and now serves as our office manager. With a background in general dentistry, orthodontics, and chiropractic care, she brings a wealth of experience to both patient care and office operations.

You’ll often find her at the front desk, assisting with scheduling, insurance, and treatment planning - all with her signature friendly smile. Married with four young children, Tricia is proud to balance her passion for dentistry with the joy of family life.

Alex Stankiewicz
Receptionist

Alex is one of the friendly voices and faces at our front desk. Before moving into reception, she spent two years as a dental assistant, giving her a strong clinical background that helps her confidently answer patient questions and guide them through their visits.

Outside the office, Alex enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Sean, and their dog, Tofu. She’s also advancing her education and is currently in school to become an X-ray technologist.

Alison Rose
Hygienist

Alison has been a dental hygienist for more than 25 years. While she spends her days cleaning teeth and teaching patients about good oral health, her most important goal is building trusting relationships with her patients and seeing them smile!

Alison and her husband have three amazing kids, as well as a black Lab and a cat. She enjoys scrapbooking and painting when she’s not watching her kids play sports. Her favorite activities are hiking, biking, and fishing up north.

Fran Taapken
Hygienist

Francesca has been a dental hygienist for 38 years and brings a wealth of experience to our practice. She graduated from the Prairie State dental hygiene program and later continued her education at the University of St. Francis. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of dental settings, including pediatric offices, giving her a broad and well-rounded perspective on patient care.

Known for her gentle approach and commitment to education, Francesca loves helping patients feel comfortable while teaching them how to improve their oral health.

Outside the office, she enjoys time with her three grandsons, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing at the barn with her horses.

Navi Kaur
Assistant

Navi has been working in the dental industry for more than four years as a dental assistant. She takes great pride in her position and is eager to make patients feel welcome and comfortable. She is currently furthering her education in pursuit of becoming a dentist herself

In Navi's free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Nelly Huicochea
Assistant

Nelly joined our team in 2022 and quickly became a calming, positive presence in the office. Patients appreciate her gentle, upbeat demeanor and the care she brings to every appointment.

Outside of work, Nelly loves spending time with her 5-year-old son, Johnny, and also her friends. She’s passionate about growing in the dental field and plans to continue her education by entering dental hygiene school in the near future.
