Brian Greco, DMD
Dr. Brian Greco is a proud Trumbull native and a dedicated dental professional committed to delivering exceptional care to the community he calls home. A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Greco went on to complete advanced residency training at both the Manhattan VA and Montefiore Hospital. There, he focused on comprehensive restorative dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation, developing the expertise to handle even the most complex cases with precision and care.
Dr. Greco provides a wide range of dental services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, root canals, dentures, periodontal therapy, and various surgical procedures. He incorporates the latest dental technology into his practice - such as CBCT imaging, intraoral photography and scanning, rotary endodontics, and laser therapy - to ensure accurate diagnoses, efficient treatment, and optimal patient outcomes.
Known for his warm and gentle demeanor, Dr. Greco strives to create a welcoming and relaxed environment where patients feel truly at ease. Whether it’s a routine checkup or a full-mouth reconstruction, his goal is always to combine clinical excellence with compassionate care.
A graduate of Trumbull High School, Dr. Greco is especially honored to serve patients in the very town where he grew up. He now lives in nearby Easton with his wife, a dedicated elementary school teacher in Monroe. The couple is thrilled to be expecting their first child in the coming months.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Greco enjoys playing golf, staying active, cooking at home, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. Whether on the course, in the kitchen, or in the office, he brings enthusiasm, focus, and heart to everything he does.
