Do we accept your insurance?
Of course! We will gladly file any insurance on your behalf if you present us with an updated insurance card complete with accurate information. However, we are not a contracted provider with any insurance company. We want the absolute best for our patients and do not want their treatment, materials, and labs to be determined by someone from the insurance company with zero knowledge of dentistry and the patient’s specific situation.
The great news is most all insurances do have out of network benefits that still pay well and maybe even pay the same as if you were a part of their network. Our hard working and knowledgeable staff will give you an estimate of your cost before any work is done to help you better prepare for your treatment. It is also very helpful for our patients to contact their insurance companies to verify their benefits since the companies often will only divulge specific plan coverage to YOU, the patient.

A membership club is not insurance but a payment arrangement provided by Advanced Dentistry of Augusta for services rendered. Memberships are provided exclusively to uninsured patients of our practice. Members are electing to make an annual payment for preventive care for one calendar year instead of paying at the time of each service. Payment for restorative treatment is due at the time of service. Membership dues must be current in order to receive services. Membership club discounts may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. It is solely the patient's responsibility to schedule and keep their appointments. No refunds will be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments. Annual dues and fees for dental services may change at any time. Exclusions on the 15% discount are at the discretion of Advanced Dentistry of Augusta and include, but are not limited to, treatments in which the discounted fee is not sufficient to cover the cost of performing the procedure.
