Dr. Mokhtari, is a board-certified hematologist-oncologist, who received his M.D. degree from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashhad, Iran. He completed his internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship training at Louisiana State University, Shreveport. Dr. Mokhtari is an active member of American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology. He provides service in management of various cancers and blood disorders.
