Meet Dr. Michele Simpson

Dr. Simpson has had the pleasure of helping both adults and children achieve their best smiles for over 24 years. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001 from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. She furthered her education by completing a two-year hospital-based residency program in her hometown of York, PA. During her residency, she treated the dental needs of medically compromised in-patients, children, individuals with special needs, and trauma patients in the ER, as well as outpatients in the hospital’s dental clinic. After completing her residency, Dr. Simpson served as an attending dentist at York Hospital.

In 2005, Dr. Simpson and her family moved to North Carolina, where she has owned and operated multiple private practices. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about serving the dental needs of both children and adults. As one of the area’s leading dentists, Dr. Simpson is thrilled to introduce Masonboro Kids Dentistry, where she focuses on helping children develop healthy habits through education on the importance of brushing, flossing, and regular dental visits.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Simpson enjoys spending time with her children, horseback riding, and scuba diving. You might also spot her walking along the beach with her beloved Hungarian Vizsla, Jett. Sometimes, Jett even stops by the office to say hello and get a few pets from the kids!
