Sima Myers
Office Manager

With over 17 years of dental experience, Sima brings not just expertise but a genuine passion for helping patients feel at ease, comfortable, and truly cared for. Though she also holds a BA, her heart belongs to her job at this office. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Sima lost in a good book—favorites include The Moon is a Harsh Mistress and Who Moved My Cheese?. She also enjoy unwinding with a paintbrush in hand- her favorite way to recharge and embrace her creative side.

Jenny Ponder
RHA

Jenny has been a dental assistant for 24 years. She really likes working with her hands, especially if she is helping people feel better about themselves. She was born and raised in DFW and has one son. In her spare time, she enjoys music, journaling, and doing art and crafts. One of her favorite parts of being an assistant is getting to work in the lab, because pouring models is like getting to make mud pies at work.

Alma Marez
RDH

Alma is a Dallas native who has been in the dental field for over 24 years. After working as a dental assistant, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the Caruth School of Dental Hygiene at Baylor College of Dentistry.

She enjoys building relationships with patients and making each visit as comfortable and positive as possible. Alma truly loves what she does and finds it to be a rewarding career.

In her free time, she stays busy with family life and enjoys supporting her kids in their various activities. Alma looks forward to meeting you and providing excellent care!

Barbara Fallis
RDH

Barbara Fallis, RDH was born in Dallas and lived in Mesquite until graduating from high school. She attended SMU before Caruth School of Dental Hygiene at Baylor University College of Dentistry. She enjoys helping patients achieve and maintain optimum oral health. She continues to engage in self study, completing online courses and other in person courses. As well as having twenty eight wonderful years as a dental hygienist her family has enriched her life, helped her balance her responsibilities and given her great joy and are her greatest achievement.
